This interactive presentation will show how to use an online tool that brings added value to your practice to make the dispute resolution processes more efficient. You will learn what online mediation means, how it works, how to add online mediation to your practice, and how to blend face-to-face and online mediation. The program will show how an arbitrator can expedite the dispute process by using the same tool. See how any neutral can take testimony from a party, share documents, draw on photographs and show videos. This can be done with everyone in different locations and using different devices.

Bring your own laptop or tablet to participate in the live demonstration.

Cost: Free to ACR Members, $20 for non-ACR Members

Once registered, you will receive a login to join the program virtually if you are not able to attend in person.
