An Introduction to the Art of Nonviolent Communication

On February 18, 2016, ACR Chicago will welcome Dr. Hema Pokharna for an engaging and interactive presentation on Nonviolent Communication (“NVC”), a method of communicating with others to promote empathy and connectedness and peacefully resolve conflict. This program will coincide with the one-year anniversary of the death of Marshall Rosenberg, the creator of NVC. This will be a great opportunity to both learn about NVC and practice the method!
